Purchase Card System
Purchase Card System is a corporate card solution for purchase and settlement of business transactions. This solution operates on private Van as well as the public Internet. Using an Internet web credit card terminal attached to a users corporate computer, the purchasing card can be used to buy supplies and equipment over the Internet. This full-fledged web system can also be programmed to execute purchasing decision based on the corporation's standardized inventory requirements as well as user initiated purchases. The purchase card system uses an exclusive client that shares the purchasing, delivery and payment documents and data with credit card companies and suppliers. It is modeled after XML-based EDI (Enterprise Data Interchange) to work together with the existing purchasing and payment system in place.
